Plant i Limited is committed to providing Telemetric vehicle data systems, image capture, fuel management solutions and Digital Workforms to private and public organisations, which meet the customers’ specified requirements.
With approx. 1980 customers and 24 members of staff, Plant i Limited recognises that in order to provide and maintain a consistently high quality in the work it undertakes, an effective Quality Management System is necessary so as to ensure that proper communication, work control and accountable records are generated for all work undertaken. We are totally committed to setting and achieving quality standards and to satisfy all applicable requirements.
We aim to continually improve the quality of service that we deliver, since it is by focusing on enhancing client satisfaction and maintaining excellent long-term relationships with clients and suppliers that we are able to meet our aspirations. We place great importance on understanding our clients’ needs and on obtaining feedback from our clients on our performance.
It is therefore the policy of Plant i Limited to control and conduct its business by means of a formalised system of modern quality management, the scope of which, covers all of Plant i Limited activities. This quality management shall be in accordance with the quality system requirements specified by ISO 9001:2008.
Our Quality & Environmental Manual defines Plant i Limited’s Quality & Environmental Management Systems which have been established and adopted as the means for achieving these declared objectives.
All Plant i Limited staff are charged with promoting these aims and are required to familiarise themselves with the contents of the Quality & Environmental Manual and to observe and implement the systems and procedures that it defines in the performance of their work. Everyone connected with Plant i Limited shall be supported according to their individual needs for personal development.
Our Quality Management Representative is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the correct and effective implementation of Plant i Limited’s Quality Management System as a whole.
