How time flies in Sunny Powys!
We have celebrated our 10th year anniversary this year (happy birthday to us) weve come a long way since our MD was trading off his kitchen counter, and to celebrate here we ran a few promotions, where we said hello to many new customers and got some great feedback.
“Due to our rapid growth, and subsequent increase in the number of vans that we operate, we decided to have trackers fitted to our vans. We work throughout the UK and felt it necessary to gain control of our vehicle movements. Plant i offered an extremely flexible and affordable package, which suited our requirements.
Since having trackers fitted we have seen a noticeable improvement in journey planning, and subsequently related to this a reduction in wasted journeys. We are now able to remotely plan journeys, and effectively plan trips. The added bonus to all of this is that our carbon emissions have reduced, which has helped us in part attain the BS 8555 standard.
We are also able to monitor individual driving standards/ patterns, and provide constructive feedback to our drivers to enable them to improve upon their weaknesses. This ultimately improves fuel efficiency, whilst improving “wear and tear” on vehicles, therefore saving on maintenance costs”
