Can I use the tracker while I’m abroad?

Yes we use an online portal which can be accessed worldwide

Cant the tracker be unplugged?

We have many counter measures to prevent this including decoy trackers but if unplugged you would receive and alert and the unit would continue tracking for another 48 hours

What happens if I sell the vehicle?

Units are transferable and re-installs can be arranged

What if I have had the tracker via my insurance who installs it?

If you have had a tracker as part of your insurance policy they will also install with a certified installer, for information on this call 0165470372

Who installs my tracker?

We have a national network of certified installs that are available to you, alternatively some clients have their own technician that we can liaise with.

How do I pay for my tracker?

After the tracker has been purchased the data can be bought annually at a one off cost of by monthly by direct debit at no extra charge.

What if my car is stolen?

If your vehicle is stolen as soon as we are alerted we can liaise with the local police to get it recovered with a 99% success rate of stolen vehicles recovered.

What if i forget my login?

If you have forgotten your log in, simply call our support team on 01654700372 who can reset or resend your log in details to your verified email.

Do my trackers work in Europe?

Yes we include eu roaming for all your vehicles at no extra charge.
